Welcome to week three of a new weekly post in which I share a mix of both candid and publicity photos. Some are classic film related, and a few are not linked to film. Hope you enjoy these. Any favourites from this week’s selection?

Nichelle Nichols photographed by NASA in 1977. The actress worked as a NASA recruiter and specifically encouraged more women and people of colour to join the agency. Some of the Astronauts she recruited included Sally Ride(first American woman in space)and Guion Bluford(first Black American in space). She also recruited Dr. Judith Resnik, Ellison Onizuka and Dr. Ron McNair, who were all killed in the Challenger disaster. Image source Wikimedia Commons.
